 infrastructure means many glass bottles fail to enter the recycling loop after use. Green, lightweight, and easily 

recyclable packaging has become a mandatory trend in global alcoholic beverage packaging.


Optimization Strategies for Wine Bottle Packaging 


First, adopt scientific material selection. Choose glass types based on product category and sales channels. 

For export spirits, prioritize high-quality crystal-clear glass, carefully balancing bottle thickness to ensure both 

aesthetic appeal and reduced weight, thus minimizing breakage and logistics costs while maintaining clarity and safety.


Second, balance practicality with creativity. Prioritize functional requirements such as filling, boxing, and stackable 

transport in bottle design. For irregularly shaped bottles, evaluate packing solutions in advance and strictly control 

mouth dimensions to ensure proper sealing and prevent leakage.


Third, approach exterior customization rationally. Select surface treatments according to need—gradient spraying, 

sandblasting, and logo screen printing help build brand identity, while avoiding unnecessary ornamental complexity

 to control costs and ensuring all coatings meet food-contact safety standards.


Fourth, embrace sustainable packaging principles. Prefer directly recyclable glass options, minimize difficult-to-remove 

films and heavy coatings, promote lightweight glass bottles, align with environmental policies in markets like 

Europe and North America, and enhance competitiveness in international trade.
